tina Sohl: deleting folders

Hi. I'm going through my folders cleaning them up and finding that with some even though they're empty, when I tab through the options that the delete ootion isn't showing. I either get the otherr options, or the no other forms or something message so jutst wanted to know if anyone has seen this or what you did about as my delete key doesn't work to get rid of folders. thanks
