i have no clue which screen readers voices are running apart from sa which is julie and the other voice sounds like paul but i could be wrong so richard if you see this message and can remote in that would be great

hello,
have you tried pressing modifier key + f 4 and shutting down system access then pressing control alt s to turn system access back on?
this should turn off any other screen reader.
