hello all looks like i have to do a factory reset to my laptop now the two voices have gone what caused it so now i am back to it crashing and then giving me options to restore or do a factory image so i am in the middle of backing up to a hard drive and then i will see what happens i am hoping with the backup i will still have all my prefs for thunderbird and mushz and other apps i have
