Hey, guys, sorry, I keep having questions today, it seems like. Right now I’m subscribed to the Access anywhere package of Sero, and I’m paying a monthly subscription. If after this billing cycle ends, I decide to switch over to an annual subscription instead, does anyone know how I would go about doing that? Thanks!

Good morning, just go to my account on sero main screen, select purchase sero products and services, then there's an option to change your subscription. Hope this helps

Yep Diane is correct, just go to my account, purchase serotek products and services, and our system will guide you from there.
