marcus w: problem attaching a file to an email
Today I needed to send a file with an attachment.
But, whenever I press the browse button to get the file, it appears in a list.
For some reason though, I can't seem to attach it to the message I wish to send.
Any information will be greatly appreciated.

Marcus: If the file is larger than fi megabytes, it will not attach. It just will not happen and you will not receive any error message.

The file is definitely less than 5 megabytes.

Marcus: When you start a new message and browse to the file, make sure it is selected by pressing space-bar on it. Then, press okay and tab to the attach link or button. It should upload the file to the Sero server, ready to send.

When I press space on the file I wish to attach and move to the Okay button, nothing happens.

Once you press okay, then tab to attach and the file will be uploaded.

What is the extension of the file you are trying to send. If it is an application: .exe, Sero Email will prevent you from sending it.

I haven't tried anything but files ending .zip, .html, or .rtf.

hi Marcus
should you wish, I can give you a call to try and troubleshoot this issue. Let me know if you have a preferred time or day of the week, otherwise I can just look you up in Sero admin and go from there.
