The help for DocuScan mentions the HoverCam T5V. That is now obsolete.

Does anyone here have a recommendation for a simple, driverless document camera that's accessible and produces good results? Another HoverCam, perhaps?

Device must be UVC device class, i.e. works without a driver on either platform.

Hi Shawn, yes, a foldable camera and stand with the base being a guide for pages and the camera arm that swings up horizontally at a fixed height.

I have a Pearl camera, but sadly that one can't be used on macOS because it's not generic UVC.

Are you looking specifically for a camera that will work with MacOS, not Windows?
