How do I remove system access from one computer and then install system access on another computer?

To move System Access from one computer to another machine follow these steps:

First, unregister the old computer:

1. On the old machine, open the System Access menu by pressing insert+F.
2. Click on the "My Account" option, then click option number 16 (Manage machines).
3. Select the old computer from the list by moving focus to it. tab to the "Unregister" button and press Spacebar or Enter. Tab back to the list to confirm that the old computer is no longer in the list. Press Escape until the System Access menu has closed. Unregistering your old machine frees up your System Access license so it can be used on the new computer.

Uninstall System Access on the old computer:

1. Press Windows key+R to open the Run dialog then type: appwiz.cpl and press the Enter key. This will open Programs and Features.
2. Focus normally lands in the list of installed programs, but if it doesn't, press tab until you land in the list.
3. Press the letter S to jump down to the first program name that starts with an S, then move down until you find System Access. Press the Enter key. The Windows User Account Control dialog will open. Either tab to the Yes button, or press Alt+Y to grant permission to uninstall the software.
4. Respond to any prompts that may appear to confirm your choice to uninstall System Access. Once this is complete, System Access should no longer appear in the list of installed programs.

Install System Access on the new computer:

1. On the new computer,, open a browser and type the following address into the address bar and press the Enter key. To ensure that focus is on the address bar, press ctrl+L. I strongly recommend that you copy and paste this address into the address bar rather than typing it in. Make sure that the entire address has been copied - it may wrap to a second line. You may want to email a copy of this post to an email address that you will have access to on another device, preferably the new computer, since that's where you'll need the installation software to be when it comes time to install it:

https://download.pneumasolutions.com/SerotekSetupFull.exe

2. Open the Run dialog by pressing Windows key+R, then type downloads and press the Enter key. Look for the file named SerotekSetupFull in the list of iles. Press the spacebar to ensure that it's selected, then press the Enter key.
3. The installation process is quite straightforward, only requiring you to select whether or not to have System Access start automatically at Windows logon or at the desktop.
4. Once installation is complete, choose "Log in with an existing account" from the dialog that will appear.

That's all there is to it.
