Zoraida Morrison: information about Chrome Books and ChromeVox

Hello,
Has anyone used a Chrome Book with its screen reader Chrome Vox? I would like to know if this device and its screen reader are totally accessible, at least as much as a Windows computer is with either JAWS or NVDA. Thank you for any and all responses.
