Sometimes it is necessary to apply an extra layer of security to a document you have scanned. Docuscan Plus allows you to create a password for your documents in order to ensure that the material cannot be accessed by anyone.
To do this, first choose the "manage documents" option from the DocuScan Plus main menu. Next, select the document you'd like to protect. Finally, tab through the options available to you and select "password protect this document." Upon doing this, you'll be prompted to enter a password for your document. When you've done this, tab to the "continue" button and activate it with the space bar.
Now, each time you wish to access this particular document, you'll be prompted for its password before the document will open. Enter the password in the edit box, and then press tab to the "continue" button and press space bar to activate it.
