A good friend of ours lost her Seeing Eye Dog this past Tuesday. A sad time for her and her family as wel as her friends. Despite being shattered by her loss she is bound and determined to get a new dog.
For anyone who has lost their dog guides they know what emotions she is going through. We visited with her Wednesday night, but I left Boots at home. He did not have to be subjected to not finding his buddy and his buddies mom crying. Best for all concerned I believe.
On another front a couple of good NFL playoff games are on tap for this weekend. Good luck to the Jets and Ravens.
